How we've Helped our Medicare members

"I was overwhelmed by the flood of mail and calls when I became eligible for Medicare. I wanted a more personal experience where I could meet in person, ask questions, and go through the Medicare process at my own pace. Tim was that person. Tim met with me and addressed all my concerns and helped me choose and enroll in a Medicare plan that has worked out perfectly."
Maie B
“I worked past 65 and only signed up for part A of Medicare. After I retired I didn't know what the next steps were. A friend recommended I contact Tim to get help. Tim helped me sign up for part B and go over my medications to find a Medicare plan that provided the best health coverage and the lowest drug costs.”
Lucas O
“During Covid I tried signing up with Medicare but ran into problems and ultimately got frustrated. Then I met Tim, who took the time to meet with me multiple times to sort everything out. He was incredibly helpful in guiding me and getting me enrolled in a Medicare plan that matched my healthcare needs.”

Do I need an insurance agent to sign up for a Medicare insurance plan?
  •  No, you can research and enroll in plans yourself. However, We help you understand your options, compare plans, and choose coverage that best fits your healthcare needs and budget. We have extensive experience and knowledge from working with diverse clients, allowing us to uncover benefits that may not be obvious to someone navigating the information alone. Additionally, insurance companies regularly introduce new plans, and we can inform you about these options and assess whether switching plans would be advantageous for your specific needs

Medicare insurance agents are compensated by the insurance companies they represent (your Medicare costs will be the same if you work or don’t work with an insurance agent). Medicare insurance commissions are tightly regulated by Medicare, ensuring that each insurance company offers agents the same commissions . These costs are absorbed as part of the insurance companies’ operational expenses and are not directly passed on to Medicare recipients. Insurance companies receive significant benefits from the expertise, extensive customer reach, and high-quality service provided by Medicare insurance agents. This enhances customer satisfaction and contributes to the overall success and reputation of the insurance companies in the Medicare marketplace.

Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) covers a specific percentage of healthcare costs after you meet your deductibles. Beneficiaries are responsible for paying deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments out of pocket for the services covered by Part A and Part B.

  • Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance):

    • Hospital Stays: Medicare Part A covers most inpatient hospital care after you meet a deductible. For 2024, the deductible amount for Medicare Part A is $1,556 per benefit period. After you meet this deductible, Medicare covers your hospital costs for up to 60 days in a benefit period.
    • Skilled Nursing Facility Care: If you qualify for skilled nursing facility care after a hospital stay, Medicare Part A covers a portion of the costs for the first 20 days. From days 21 to 100, you pay a daily coinsurance amount ($389 in 2024).
  • Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance):

    • Medicare Part B covers 80% of approved costs for outpatient hospital services after you meet an annual deductible ($233 in 2024). You are responsible for paying the remaining 20% of the Medicare-approved amount for these services.
